Summary

Network Health is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This individual is responsible for writing, editing and coordinating the creation of marketing and communication materials. Responsibilities include producing content for various audiences for websites, blogs, social media, email, newsletters, brochures, letters, ads and other marketing and communciation materials. As a key member of the internal creative team, the Marketing Coordinator leads the development of marketing and communication deliverables for internal clients in support of Network Health’s strategic goals and campaigns.

Description

Essential Job Duties:

  • Demonstrates commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
  • Writes and edits copy for websites, blogs, social media, email, newsletters, brochures, letters, ads and other marketing and communciation materials
  • Coordinates the copywriting, editing and distribution of health plan newsletters. This includes conducting interviews to gather information for feature articles and coordinating the review and approval of content
  • Uses professional writing skills to strategically and positively represent Network Health to multiple external audiences, including prospects, customers, providers, vendors and agents. Requires use of creative, technical, and informal writing styles
  • Ensures that marketing and communication deliverables follow corporate style standards and reflect the brand promise
  • Manages projects and collaborates with internal departments to support marketing and corporate strategic priorities and goals
  • In cooperation with marketing managers, develops plans for effective communications and marketing/communications activities with measurable goals
  • Participates in activities to create a more positive experience for our key constituents in support of the brand promise
  • Performs other duties and responsibilties as assigned
Skills Required:
  • Excellent written communication and interviewing skills
  • Strong project management skills. Ability to coordinate and manage projects from start to finish
  • Strong proofreading skills in accordance with AP Style 
  • Skilled use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience copywriting for digital media and websites
  • Must be organized and able to meet deadlines 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, English, journalism or related field required.

Minimum Related Years of Experience (per minimum education) Required:

  • 1-3 years of copywriting and editing experience required
  • 1-3 years of project management experience preferred
