Part Time opportunity with ADZ Etc., a Recruitment Advertising Agency. Ideal for individual with previous ad agency / media buying experience who is now looking for a flexible, part-time schedule. Join our small, busy office located in Menomonee Falls, and assist with a variety of tasks. Since we're small you'll get to learn it all! And then some. Do you have previous ad agency / media buying experience and are now looking for a flexible, part-time schedule?

Are you an independent worker with a “get it done and off my desk” work ethic?

Our small (2.5 person), fast-paced, Recruitment Advertising Agency is busy and in need of help! Primary responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Filing
• Ad writing
• Proofreading
• Online ad postings
• Media research & organizing information for client proposals
• Assist with billing and accounts payable including follow-up to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with prospecting new clients / sales
• Overall customer service
 
Since we’re small, you’ll get to learn it all! And then some.

Part-Time (approximately 15 - 20 hours/week). Some schedule flexibility, but, must be available to work Thursday and Friday afternoons for our “deadline days”, and be available for vacation coverage.

The individual we select to join our team must:

• Be comfortable working in a small office

• Be detail oriented

• Be a team player

• Possess a working knowledge of MS Word & Excel

• Have a great attitude and be willing to learn

Plus, if the selected candidate learns and loves our business, and shows a strong aptitude for sales, this position has the potential to develop into a full-time opportunity (unless this does not interest you – but the opportunity is there!)
