As Social Media Manager, you will oversee and help lead the growth of an assigned set of client social media programs that align strategically with business and communication plan objectives. You’ll work with enthusiastic, collaborative and committed BR employees throughout the agency.

You know social media is not all about the fun tactics. It’s about making a personal connection between a brand and its audience. You can strategize with the best of them — making insights and recommendations based on real-time data. As Social Media Manager, you will oversee and help lead the growth of an assigned set of client social media programs that align strategically with business and communication plan objectives. You’ll work with enthusiastic, collaborative and committed BR employees throughout the agency. Yes, throughout the agency and across several clients! You will work side-by-side with folks across disciplines like creative, public relations and digital to name a few. And, you’ll develop strategy and content for brands communicating about software as a service and products used in agriculture. You’ll have the opportunity to build on successful programs and start new ones from scratch. Your role at BR will be pivotal!   • 4-6 years of social media management experience
  • Proven ability in leading thedevelopment and implementation of campaigns and project plansin social media channels and best practices within channelsto ensure proficiency and achieve desired results andbest target audience experience
  • Content attribution, analytics and optimization experience, including use of Google Analytics, UTM and native social media analytics packages for evaluating organic and paid social performance
  • Social media management platform experience, including use of Nuvi, Social Studio, Spredfast or similar enterprise suites
