The Distribution Marketing Specialist will support growth of the Distribution Sales channel through administrative and marketing projects.

PEER is seeking the role of Distributor Marketing Specialist with a hybrid position working with PEER's distributor sales and marketing whose primary function is to support sales growth of PEER's distributor sales. The Distributor Marketing Specialist will act as a shared resource between sales and marketing and will be integral to supporting key company strategies regarding the sales and marketing of distribution sales. Responsibilities include database creation and maintenance, management of the promotional programs, vendor management and maintenance, and assistance with internal and external communication.

This role is mainly project based. It will work with internal and external stakeholders to acquire information and approvals from appropriate contributors, managing timelines, and project expectations. Ideally, this person will need to possess the perfect mixof creative and analytical!

This position requires someone with excellent communication andorganizational skills. The ideal candidate would be an intermediate user on MS Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint. Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is also a must. PEER's technically advanced products requires candidates with mechanical aptitude along with business acumen. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication,Business Management, or related field
  • 0-2 years experience in a sales or marketing
  • Understanding of industrial distribution channels
  • Possibility of up to 25% travel
  • Must sign a non-compete agreement
