Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager with 3-5 years of advertising agency experience to join the CMR team. This role will involve working with the account services and creative teams to develop and manage successful, national integrated communications campaigns. The ideal candidate will have superior verbal, writing and editing skills; knowledge of and ability to work with modern, diverse audiences; and the ability to work well in a team setting.

• Assist in managing the day-to-day implementation of projects – identify, organize, delegate and execute project deadlines, tasks, and requirements
• Manage and coordinate team members across agency function areas to ensure client and project needs are met 
• Provide strategic insights and critical thinking 
• Develop and edit strategic plans, creative briefs, client presentations, and other crucial written communication materials 
• Communicate and monitor project budgets 
• Grow existing accounts and support CMR’s growth efforts

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field
• 3-5 years of advertising/marketing agency experience 
• Strong writing capabilities 
• Ability to work well within the fast-paced environment of a growing agency 
• Highly detail oriented 
• Comfort and ability to work with cross cultural audiences 
• Spanish-language fluency is a plus
