Marketing Project Coordinator

image.works, a fast-growing marketing firm on Madison’s west side, seeks an organized Marketing Project Coordinator with strong attention to detail. This is an exciting entry level position for someone who is looking to begin a career in the marketing field. With a customer-focused attitude and solid communication skills, the right candidate will excel at image.works!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Keep track of dozens of project details every day 
• Prepare and route all final proofs
• Traditional and digital print production knowledge for use in best practices 
• Oversee entire mailing process including list processing, postage invoices, and presort approval
• Enter and review all new orders including order confirmation with clients 
• Communicate with clients on project milestones 
• Communicate with vendors on project details 
• Help to resolve stalled projects
• Keep all team members informed of project changes
• UPS shipment documentation
• Mailing date documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline required 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational, time management and multitasking skills 
• Ability to work well in a team environment 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills 
• Software requirements: Microsoft Office – especially Outlook and Excel (salesforce.com knowledge would be a bonus)
