Myefski Architects, a creative and growing architectural firm servicing the commercial and residential markets, has a full-time opening for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator. This position involves supporting the Director of Marketing in the successful implementation of marketing and business development-specific initiatives. A successful Marketing Coordinator must be a self-starter, highly organized, persistent, tactful, and enthusiastic.

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Executing support tasks associated with deal initiation, nurturing, and closing 
  • Identifying portfolio resources and preparing proposals, brochures, and other collateral 
  • Coordinating with architectural staff and consultant partners 
  • Preparing interview presentations and associated handouts 
  • Maintaining the firm’s marketing collateral and CRM database 
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of online presence and website plans 
  • Executing support tasks associated with advertising/sponsorship campaigns 
  • Assisting with the management and production of email/direct mail campaigns 
  • Assisting with the management and production of editorial content/press releases 
  • Managing and preparing award competition entries 
  • Acting as a representative of the firm to clients and the community

Requirements:

  • A four-year degree in a related field 
  • Minimum of three years of related experience 
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-control orientation 
  • Must be flexible and resourceful 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
