As the Integrated marketing leader for Greenspring Media, producers of Minnesota Monthly and Midwest Home, you are responsible for developing strategic brand marketing plans and overall customer experiences that achieve top-line and bottom-line growth objectives, brand awareness and target segment penetration for Greenspring Media and all its brands. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative marketing leader that possesses the attributes of a branding expert, product innovator, master strategist, and event producer.
This leadership position requires a collaborative team member who works across all business units to constantly innovate new and improve existing programs. As the driver for marketing and PR, event creation & management, partnership marketing, and advertorial content teams, the Director oversees and coaches direct reports. You also drive social media, content management and marketing automation to ensure accurate and creative brand messaging and content. The team is responsible for developing and executing integrated communications campaigns that support the organization’s strategic plan, business & sales plans, ticket sales, strategic partnerships, circulation messaging and event sponsorships.
