STIR is looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage the day-to-day of assigned accounts. Are you looking to join a rapidly growing team of integrated, creative and strategically minded individuals? Here’s your chance. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing clients and collaborating daily with internal teams and agency partners to solve complex problems.

  • Manage all day-to-day functions and activities as thelead client contact
  • Lead assigned projects from start to finish, within budget and assigned timelines
  • Employ excellent listening, communication, team-work skills and the ability to manage client priorities, along with agency priorities
  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with clients, as well as internal teams Multitask, managing multiple projects simultaneously and within a fast-pacedenvironment
  • Ability to run solo on projects, as well as with a team
  • Acts as a mentor to assist in the performance and development of Account Executives, Account Coordinators and Interns
  • Strong background managing and supervising traditional creative projects, digital projects and media plans
  • Be a role model and representative of the STIR culture both internally and externally
  • Assist with new business and proposals as needed

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in advertising handling a wide range of projects with a high degree of independence and sound judgment. Experience working in an agency environment is preferred. Additional required experience includes:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Very strong organization skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prior agency experience, strongly preferred
  • Savvy, common sense and know when, where, why and how 
  • Experience with WebVantage and Liquid Planner a plus
