The Content & Photography Coordinator role will be responsible for managing photography and brand assets for our client’s two iconic brand portfolios, in partnership with marketing communication team members and product marketers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and executing client brand product photography (required angles, color retouching and uploading to client’s asset management system with appropriate naming convention) on both branded and private label products with appropriate partner agencies. 
  • Lifestyle photography upload & categorization, work with Shopper Marketing and International teams on needs. 
  • Responsible for training International, Marketing and Shopper Marketing Teams on how to access and download photo assets. 
  • Asset Collection Clean-up & Management: Updating asset folders across brands for consistent hierarchy. 
  • Management and tracking of Product Photography in the marketing budget.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university. 
  • Minimum two years digital asset management experience. 
  • Minimum two years experience working with agencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, focus in Marketing or Communications. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with direct and cross functional teams. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple business teams. 
  • Comfort with ambiguity. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs.
