The Creative Services Traffic Manager will actively manage graphic design projects through printing, fulfillment and web-to-print template building. This position entails managing various print production projects and the accurate and timely distribution of print-ready creative assets to key stakeholders.

Duties:

Willingness to assume the most effective role. Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Great Wolf Resorts handbook.

Managing Departmental Workflow:

  • Act as the primary funnel between the Creative Services team and stakeholders, including but not limited to property teams, corporate departments, and printing partners.
  • Receive and fully evaluate all DRFs (Design Request Forms) or other requests of the team, including facilitating collaboration between the design team and stakeholder, prioritizing requests, and managing project details through completion via the Creative Services Project Management System, Workfront (AtTask).
  • Collaborate with Creative Services Director and team members on a daily basis to best prioritize the team's log of design projects.
  • Proactively and consistently keep stakeholders apprised of project status, including key timeline milestones.
  • Proof and copy edit all created projects to ensure they meet both brand standards and stakeholder expectations, before project is sent out for review/approval.

Management of Print Production and Inventories:

  • Act as the lead in sourcing and production of printed marketing materials on behalf of the properties.
  • Actively communicate with key stakeholders to monitor stored inventories and pricing while upholding printing efficiencies.
  • Proof and test the functionality of all created web-to-print templates to ensure they meet both brand standards and stakeholders expectations, before project goes live.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related fields. 
  • 2-4 years of work experience in advertising agency traffic, production or account management experience is a plus. 
  • Must have familiarity with design and print processes, file types and terminology.
  • Working knowledge of all MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects mandatory.
