This position develops and designs multi-media communications that communicate the activities of Brady’s employees and senior leadership on a corporate level. Under the guidance of the Director of Corporate Communications, the individual will be responsible for leading print and digital design for a variety of channels, including Brady’s internal website that serves as a key communications conduit for all Brady employees. This position is responsible for supporting the Corporate Communications team’s graphic design, photography, videography and additional HTML/CSS needs, as well as producing regular email communications to the company. This role will also be the lead Communications team member making content updates to Bradycorp.com.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design brochures, ads, posters, email communications, banners and more for internal and external use.
  • Ensure the Brady brand is consistently used in all marketing
  • Serve as liaison between website developers and the Communication team to help redesign the employee internal intranet site and external BradyCorp.com site.
  • Make updates to both internal and external websites as required by posting new content.
  • Produce and edit corporate videos
  • Work with the Director of Corporate Communications and an internal IT team to develop enhancements to corporate website.
  • Assist Corporate Communications team with social media.
  • Create, enhance and edit corporate Power Point presentations.
  • Assist in sending out emails via Brady’s corporate email program.
  • Support Global HR and Executive functions in digital-related communications projects.
  • Assist Corporate Communications team on special projects as needed.
  • Work with internal IT team or outside vendors as appropriate.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3 years plus experience in corporate communication, digital marketing or design role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in visual art, communication, marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects, as well as Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office and Corel Video Studio
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and CMS platforms
  • Strong communications skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to meet deadlines

Desired Characteristics: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Video production skills
  • Experience in writing or content development
  • Knowledge of Sitecore CMS
  • Knowledge of basic social media platforms, tools and tactics
