The account coordinator will provide overall support to the account team in the day-to-day handling of accounts and projects. STIR is seeking a high-energy, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, integrated environment. In our model, you will assist and coordinate with internal and external resources that include specialists in all key marketing disciplines. You will be a critical conduit of communication internally and to the client.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant communications experience, including internships. Experience working in an agency environment is preferred. We are looking for high degree of independence, sound judgment and exceptional communication and writing skills. Must be proficient in MS Office computer programs. The ideal candidate will also need superb organizational skills with great attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

STIR offers a highly competitive compensation package. Salary will be tailored to the candidate based on experience and capability. Benefits include health, dental and disability insurance, plus 401K with percentage match and profit sharing. Account coordinators will report to the director of account services.
