Do you dream in data? Love leads? Then you’re welcome here. Bader Rutter is looking for a marketing automation specialist with at least five years of experience. Our newest team member will have hands-on experience building, launching and optimizing successful marketing automation programs.And they will have both marketing and technology savvy to support cross-platform integrations and proper syncing when building out the appropriate technology stack. As for us? We’ve got experience, too. We’re the leading agricultural marketing agency in the country, we’ve been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and we’ve got sweet new river views.

Interested? Tell us more about your experience leading successful multichannel marketing automation programs in an enterprise platform such as Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua that was integrated with a CRM platform such as Salesforce or Dynamics, and we’ll tell you about our blue-chip clients and the endless variety our large DM practice offers you.

  • You have five or more years’ experience leading successful multichannel marketing automation programs. 
  • You have cross-platform technology integration experience to execute in the appropriate technology stack. 
  • You can demonstrate knowledge of how cross-platform integrations impact data flows and campaign enablement. 
  • You have successful experience managing email marketing, demand generation and multichannel lead nurture programs. 
  • You can work in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment. 
  • You’re an excellent listener, strategic thinker and problem solver.
  • You have superior written and verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detail. 
  • You’re a team player and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of email and digital marketing strategies and tactics, preferably in a B2B environment.
