We’re looking for a CRM Reporting Analyst to help our clients understand their marketing campaign data and answer specific inquiries relating to campaign reports. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign data and presenting insights and findings directly to our clients who are often C-Level executives. You’ll be working closely with our Client Strategy team to add value to client accounts and to develop internal analyses that will enhance our sales and marketing process. You’ll be tasked with being the “go-to” expert on Campaign Reporting and training clients on how to best utilize the Tea Leaves platform to extract custom data-driven reports that make sense for them.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present custom campaign reports to clients, helping them to interpret and value the figures delivered from the platform 
  • Develop new metrics and visualizations for client campaign reporting using data from the Tea Leaves Platform 
  • Build mid- and post-campaign reports using clients’ data, identifying key insights, strategizing optimization tactics, and delivering the report to client and Client Strategy teams. 
  • Answer specific client inquiries on their campaign reporting
  • Act as the “expert” on campaign reporting and train clients on how best to use the Tea Leaves platform to extract the data they need 
  • Support the sales and marketing process by producing a narrative for case studies, white papers, and other projects for client and industry consumption

Musts:

  • 5-7 years professional experience dealing with marketing data and presenting findings/insights to clients 
  • Comfortability presenting analyses to C-Level executives in person, on the phone and in webinar formats 
  • Experience with and understanding of data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Spotfire)
  • Experience with predictive analytics for direct marketing campaigns 
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing software 
  • Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, writing and presentation skills 
  • Preferred: Deep experience with healthcare data in a marketing capacity and a comprehensive knowledge of hospitals and patient marketing in the US
