We are seeking an Account Services Intern to join the CMR team. This role will involve working with various CMR project teams (account services, public relations, etc.) to assist in various account service duties (strategy, social media, etc.) efforts for various campaigns. The ideal candidate will have creative and conversational writing skills; knowledge of and ability to work with multicultural audiences; and the ability to work well in a team setting.

  • Coordinate with team members across agency function areas to ensure client and project needs are met 
  • Assist in the research and development of social media strategic plans 
  • Develop culturally-competent content to reach multicultural audiences 
  • Monitor social media analytics and metrics and provide periodic reports to strategy team
  • Assist in office duties (filing, answering phones, etc.) as needed
  • Current College Student (OR Graduate) pursuing Bachelor's in marketing, public relations, or related field 
  • Creative and conversational writing capabilities 
  • Knowledgeable of modern social media trends 
  • Ability to work well within the fast-paced environment of a growing agency 
  • Detail oriented 
  • Knowledge of and ability to work with diverse audiences 
  • Knowledge of Hispanic culture and/or Spanish-language fluency is a plus
