Our Chicago office is looking for a talented Presentation Designer to support our mission of creating high-impact experience brands with several key clients. The Presentation Specialist uses their expertise in design to create high level presentations that align with the strategic and creative requirements of client deliverables.

Key Accountabilities:

Flawless Execution:

  • Act as the lead designer to create custom, high level design PowerPoint and Keynote templates 
  • Follow agency and client brand standards and style guidelines to meet presentation guidelines 
  • Receive constructive direction and translate feedback into design deliverables in order to meet creative goals and business needs 
  • Creativity in solving multiple layout options for a single concept 
  • Design clear, uncluttered presentations that achieve optimum visual quality and performance 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the design, development, and deployment of client deliverables so they meet creative and business requirements 
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director in order to deliver final products that are clean and well organized

Account and Executive Team Support:

  • Offer key executives consultancy-type service when developing meeting and business presentations 
  • Collaborate with the Account Directors and Executive Team to support the vision of programs and effectively communicate that vision to colleagues and clients through innovative and targeted design 
  • Understand the agency by monitoring business issues, cultural events and trends that affect our audiences

Requirements:

  • At least five (5) years of professional Keynote and PowerPoint presentation design experience
  • BFA or BA in Design or relevant degree 
  • Expert in PowerPoint and Keynote and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion graphics experience a plus 
  • Must thrive in a high velocity and constantly evolving work environment and have excellent time management skills 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills (i.e. animation, builds, dynamic charts) 
  • Professional demeanor with high degree of comfort speaking with clients
  • Experience working with high-level executives a plus 
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Agency experience preferred
