Looking for an individual who can:

  • Achieve all territory sales objectives annually in alignment with the business strategy and annual compensation plan.
  • Maintain a high retention rate of current accounts within the assigned geography.
  • Display and leverage relative value with hard value supporting existing and prospective sales.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with appropriate administrative staff.
  • Complete business analytics and report assignments in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to exhibit achievement of sales goals.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive products and marketing practices; keeping management informed.
  • Participate fully in the training and onboarding of New Hires.
  • Manage geography within allocated expense budget and submit expense reports on time per company policy.

This individual reports to Director of National Accounts and frequently communicates with the President, CFO, Manager of Operations and Production.

Individual should:

  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate a passion for hard work and achievement.
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in healthcare organizations a plus.
  • Experience with video production a plus.

Base salary plus commissions.

Base salary based off of experience.
