JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support the management of corporate brand strategy and brand architecture, clearly defining the value between product, business unit and corporate brands. 
  • Support the development of communication plans and guidelines that ensure messaging and all deliverables align with and build on the brand strategy. 
  • Collaborate with business unit marketing communication teams and agencies to ensure guidelines are understood and followed and that resources are engaged and utilized effectively across the organization. 
  • Manage the corporate marketing communications team to implement corporate communications and support business unit requirements in all communications areas, including: Literature, Web, Social Media, Video, Graphics, Trade Shows etc. 
  • Develop and oversee the creation of written materials, ensuring content aligns with corporate branding and messaging guidelines and provides the right tone and quality. Requires writing and/or approving content for marketing communications deliverables. 
  • Support internal communications, especially in terms of the corporate intranet as well as messaging that supports company vision, mission, values, and strategies. 
  • Manage the marketing communication projects, ensuring deadlines are met and all department customers’ expectations are met. 
  • Manage department budget, providing plans and rationale for annual budget plan and ensuring spending is aligned with business goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS;

  • Excellent written communication skills required.
  • Writing, grammar, editing, and messaging are critical. 
  • Marketing Communications strategy and execution 
  • Brand management 
  • Managing communications and understanding of modern communications tools and processes.
