Responsible for the successful execution of digital strategy for client brands. The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of a client business and drive growth opportunities. Play a critical role as part of the marketing, implementation and support team. The person in this role will utilize exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.Keystone Click focuses on creating content that increases awareness and brand visibility to help drive demand. We focus on enhancing audience engagement while conveying 'the voice of the company'.

  • Develop unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives 
  • Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met 
  • Works with the project manager to support overall project scope and budget 
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships with clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution 
  • Works with the project manager to support client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays 
  • Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients’ marketing and media plans, and provides solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc 
  • Understands fully search engine optimization, social media management, content creation, and measuring the results associated with these tasks. 
  • Develops a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes 
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 
  • Ability to analyze and report data 
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Ensures accountability is established during the project planning process
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized 
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) including aptitude for customer service 
  • Exhibit understanding of dynamic and interactive web-based software applications 
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage own priorities and schedule 
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions with minimal day-to-day supervision 
  • Capable of researching and learning new technology applications. 
  • One to three years of experience in digital marketing or advertising 
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth internally and opportunities for clients 
  • Strong interest in technology or digital marketing 
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) a plus, not required 
  • Excellent business writing and creative copywriting skills. 
  • Able to follow and expand upon established brand guidelines. 
  • Works well independently and within a team atmosphere. 
  • Ability to organize and synthesize information from multiple sources. 
  • Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing. 
  • Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills. 
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth internally and opportunities for clients. 
  • Ability to be adaptive and flexible. 
  • Agency experiences a plus.
