Profile Summary:

Voya is looking for a Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist with deep annuity product knowledge to join our team at our Des Moines, IA or Minneapolis, MN location.

Profile Description:

  • Work closely with Product Management and Distribution to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for products and services. 
  • Manage implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns and tactics, including: digital, print, web and social marketing, ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time and on budget. 
  • Determine messaging and write content for Annuity product campaigns to support the overall campaign goals. 
  • Work in an agile work environment to deliver incremental results to test and learn and make appropriate changes for successful delivery of campaign. 
  • Leverage prior results, market research and competitive intelligence to maximize the effectiveness of assigned deliverables. 
  • Actively monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to key stakeholders.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • BA or BS in business, marketing, communication or related discipline 
  • 5-7 years communications or related experience 
  • 3-5 years insurance industry experience 
  • Strong writing skills, specifically writing in the insurance industry 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams 
  • Detailed oriented problem solver 
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work independently
