Candidates must have a solid record of success in developing BtoB and consumer strategy. The SAE is crucial to maintaining the relationship between the agency and the client and keeping client work running smoothly within the agency. As the liason with various marketing disciplines (media, creative, branding and digital) the SAE ensures the client's needs and goals are being met on every project while defining opportunities for account growth. We're looking for an SAE that demonstrates a “can-do” attitude, is respectful of peers, takes pride in the collaborative effort, exudes team-centricity and is mature and professional at all times.

Job requirements include:

  • Highly collaborative attitude; works effectively with agency and client teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, externally and internally.
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly competent in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Extremely organized and process-driven with the ability to manage integrated marketing projects.
  • Proactive account planning: ability to identify opportunities to grow a client relationship and contribute strategic ideas for initiatives and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital processes for web development, banner advertising, emails, apps, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience with best practices for executing online and offline initiatives for consumer and BtoB accounts, including: 1) Organizing/running multiple projects, 2) Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines, and 3) Writing proposals, creative development briefs, conference reports, agency change orders and other relevant docs.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

At least five years experience in an agency environment or in a corporate or non-agency setting.
