EPIC is also known for an uncommonly hands-on approach to media production, as evidenced by in-house video production and still photography facilities, plus complete visual design, web development, public relations and social media services.
As Art Director, you will be responsible for leading our design team from a creative and production standpoint, working as a part of our creative core. You will work closely with the account management team as well, providing design rationale and fighting for the great idea. Your leadership will be instrumental in the development of our designers as well as the work that we create. A strong, open personality is critical for this position, since we move fast and talk honestly. You will also keep your hands dirty with production as a regular contributor to the design team.
