Are you interested in a sales opportunity in a cutting-edge field? If so StatePoint Media is looking for the right candidate to fill a fun, challenging full-time position with exciting growth opportunities. The position will be responsible for selling StatePoint Media’s content marketing services to public relations, general marketing and social media professionals who work for national consumer brands. We're offering an attractive compensation package that includes base salary plus commission, and benefits that include health, dental and vision coverage as well as a 401K plan. 

 
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company’s products and services and how they fit into the marketing mix of its target customers
  • Skillfully manage dialogues with sales leads through a consultative sales process with the goal of closing orders
  • Delivery of online sales presentations
  • Development and delivery of appropriate sales collateral materials, including custom proposals
  • Organized, timely follow-up on all sales opportunities
 
  • 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience
  • Strong communication, organization and presentation skills
  • Marketing/PR/social media experience a plus but not necessary
  • Proven ability to close sales
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred but not necessary
  • Attention to detail
  • Aggressive self-starter with positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or similar
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and compfortable with various web services/apps
 
  • $50,000 - $70,000 annual compensation, including commission and based on experience
