Account Executive

M Magazine is currently seeking a highly motivated print ad sales representative.

The ideal candidate is a professional who is enterpreneurial, competitive, motivated, growth-oriented, and passionate. This full-time position is based in our Cedarburg office.

Key responsibilities:

• consult with businesses to develop creative solutions for their advertising needs
• develop advertising proposals and campaigns for clients
• conduct meetings with agencies, business owners and key decision makers to present developed materials
• prospect for new business clients
• ability to close sales
• lead generation and cold calling
• weekly and monthly progress reports

College degree in marketing or related field a plus.

• self-starter who takes personal ownership and pride in his or her work
• solid business acumen

Preferred skills:

• a proven track record in sales (magazine or other media sales a plus)
• an established network within the downtown Milwaukee area

Base salary plus commission.
