Are you looking for a leadership role in client services at a fast growing, full-service agency? Nelson Schmidt’s Milwaukee office has a great opportunity for experienced Account Supervisor professionals!

We are currently seeking an Account Supervisor for our Milwaukee office to lead one or more accounts by taking responsibility for client relationships, annual program management and team supervision. This high-energy candidate must be results-oriented, a creative problem solver, and skilled to work independently to define and deliver integrated marketing communications programs across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Requirements Include:

  • A four-year degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field.
  • 7+ years of agency experience with a track record of success and business development are necessary.
  • Experience managing comprehensive interactive programs including website development, social media, search marketing and online media.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strategic plan development and implementation skills through previously completed work.
  • Ability to lead, manage and grow direct reports, as well as collaborate with peers and clients for growth of the business.
  • A passion for creative excellence, strategic accuracy, and measured results are necessary for success in this role.
