The Media Coordinator will support the media team with a variety of planning and buying assignments (digital, broadcast and print) as well as assist with general office needs when requested. Main duties include issuing media orders to vendors, maintaining plan documents (flowcharts, budget trackers), pulling digital campaign performance reports, and trafficking ad materials for campaigns across media types. The Media Coordinator is a critical touchpoint in the media planning and buying process that ensures that campaigns run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in communications or marketing, with an emphasis on advertising course work and possess the following qualities:
