Our team is seeking a Art Director and creative leader with design agency experience. As the Art Director at Frey Design, you will work with and manage a team of talented designers while overseeing a collection of projects from start to finish. Duties:

  • Manages and oversee design team 
  • Participate in and lead creative brainstorm sessions 
  • Maintain consistently high design standards 
  • Cultivate and maintain client and team relationships 
  • Collaborate in the strategic development of new business

What We're Looking For:

  • 6-8 years of agency art direction or design experience 
  • An exceptional designer whose knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud 
  • An expert in branding and digital design, with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles 
  • Excellent communication skills at both internal and client levels 
  • A strong ability to provide clear direction with timely feedback to ensure work stays in budget and on schedule 
  • The desire to aid in the recruitment of future design talent, collaborate on hiring decisions 
  • A leader who wants to grow with the company 
  • Do whatever it takes to make Frey the best it can be!

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline 
  • This is a full-time, on-site and salaried position
