Prophit, a company built on the purpose of giving those we work with credit for what they do because of who they are, is seeking a career oriented, detailed, organized, persistent, and focused Servant Leader to become our next Art Director. This person will help our clients and our firm continue to Reach Higher by being confident in a process to execute strategy and creative direction. This person will oversee the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, mobile, television, and/or radio advertisements, collateral materials, and internal and external publications. This person will also lead a team of designers, photographers, illustrators, videographers, production artists and creative freelancers. Thus, this person needs strong leadership skills, a strong design background, and proficiency with applications such as Adobe Creative Suite. In summary, this person will be relied heavily upon to be, above all else, experienced, with a firm plan to accomplish goals, and bring a wide degree of creativity and a diverse portfolio. Pretty much…we are looking for someone with a super power that is hopefully not allergic to Kryptonite.

  • Requires a bachelor's degree with at least eight years of experience in the field
  • Five or more years experience in leading and growing a team of designers
  • Seek out and find reasons to give credit
  • Proficiency in Mac based software including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Suite, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule

This is a full-time, salaried position with four weeks of PTO after your first year, holiday pay, health and dental insurance benefits, and Simple IRA.
