Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the account service team in preparing recommendations, marketing strategies, and actions for the client.
Maintain and oversee regional merchandising program, including:
- Developing and distributing monthly online merchandising guide
- Coordinating with H&L project managers on POP orders and installations
- Resolving POP and merchandising issues
Oversee TV, print, and radio traffic instructions to talent, dubbing, and shipping vendors, including:
- Communicating with media partners to generate and evaluate traffic instructions
- Uploading traffic data to client’s corporate headquarters as required or requested
Assist team in organizing and executing tactical details of national and local marketing programs.
Oversee mobile app offers and promotions.
Maintain industry data and trend information, and keep agency personnel up to speed.
Facilitate the flow of multiple ads, adhere to timelines, and review final product for correctness and accuracy.
Assist Account Executive in organizing and executing tactical details of national marketing programs.
Provide leadership within the agency for the client and prepare all work requests.
Manage all budget estimates for the client’s business.
Coordinate with all appropriate agency personnel to ensure quick and accurate execution of projects.
Spearhead client competitive reviews by analyzing data, media, and creative.
Forge strong relationships with local McDonald’s operator clients, national clients, regional clients, and the partner agencies.
Assist with billings by working closely with the Billing Specialist.
Provide administrative office support.
