You’ve been doing this for three to seven years in an ad agency setting, so you’re familiar with the pace, the chaos and the variety of team stakeholders. You work like a yogi master — balance is your secret: balancing client needs, team timelines and production costs with flawless execution. But enough about you, what about us? Here’s why we want you:

  • You have three to seven years of experience in project management or account management; and the required agency experience 
  • You’ve earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field 
  • You can manage the day-to-day process on your assigned accounts 
  • You have a knack for keeping creatives on task 
  • You have strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills 
  • You have experience in digital, broadcast, print and trade-show event project management
  • You can build cross-functional, interdependent timelines and budgets
  • Your effective meeting management skills rival your superior organizational skills 
  • You’re ready to grow and develop within your role 
  • You thrive on directing and enhancing the workflow process and developing an action plan to ensure efficient project execution
