The Channel Marketing Specialist is instrumental in driving revenue through our Large Markets, Alliances and Consulting Channel Partners. This role requires an experienced marketing professional with an understanding of channel marketing programs for all types of partners including: distribution and broker channels. This role is directly responsible for joint marketing programs, launch activities, events, sales promotions, distribution communications, lead generation campaigns and management.

  • Proven experience with marketing through a variety of methods including but not limited to print, email, digital and social media to drive revenue and increase sales generation
  • Design and implement all channel marketing activity to drive growth via our distribution partners
  • Develop, execute and manage sales / marketing programs for target audiences and customer segments 
  • Design quarterly promotions for entire channel 
  • Develop a strategic marketing plan for sales, as well as a partner communications plan, and effectively execute the plan based on industry trends and market responsiveness. Facilitate and Partner in coordinating Company / Distributor events, conferences, trainings and meetings 
  • Working closely with Sales Leadership to design and implement measurements to be able to quantify revenue and ROI from programs implemented in the Channel – prepare weekly updates for management on progress of Channel Marketing initiatives 
  • Evaluate and measure the Sales / Marketing effectiveness, and where necessary, make adjustments to improve return on marketing initiatives. Develop and execute multi-step, integrated demand generation campaigns through Channel partners 
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing Communications to align campaign content that is solution based and focused on provider and client interest points and/or critical business issues 
  • Identify and initiate new campaigns based on competitor intel, market analysis, client feedback and industry trends to promote TASC’s brand in the marketplace. Work with sales leadership to mature customer success stories for publication 
  • Work with Channel partners to test and validate success / ROI of marketing efforts and evolve strategies for effective sales generation
  • Three or more years of channel oriented customer facing experience
  • Three or more years of Non-IT Project Management experience within a Matrix Organization
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus
  • SalesForce, Pardot, Digital and Social Media experience
  • Experience launching new products is critical, experience working for a startup company is highly preferred
