Client Strategist/Account Manager
Twin Cities Metro
Minneapolis, MN

Are you both detail oriented and imaginative? Interested in both the big picture and process? We’re looking for a self-starter. You’ll join our team that will lives strategically between research and creative. This role blends insights and implications with creative strategy in order to help our clients build their brands. You’ll be knee-deep in up-front strategy for projects while ensuring an awesome client experience.

Responsible For:

  • Development of brand strategy, mar/comm plans, content strategy, etc. with team 
  • Facilitating client and team discussions 
  • Managing day-to-day client needs and growing relationships 
  • Project management – project estimates, schedules, tracking and invoicing


  • 3+ years client management at an agency 
  • Bachelor’s degree (all degrees considered) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint 
  • Strategic thinker 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Strong written, verbal and people skills 
  • Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to travel if needed
