Kalmbach Publishing Co. is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Waukesha office. This individual will lead and manage the execution of marketing analysis (for websites, email campaigns, social engagement campaigns, advertising, lead nurturing campaigns, event participation), and deliver actionable reporting and insights to brand teams, marketing managers, sales teams and senior management. The Digital Marketing Analyst will be pro-active in finding new trends and revenue opportunities through data.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and distribute regular reporting to organization stakeholders in marketing, editorial, and products.
  • Help draw meaningful conclusions and provide recommendations.
  • Present clear, concise insights and stories to leadership, strategy, and internal partners.
  • Build & refine dashboards based on most relevant KPIs Continuously enhance reporting through efficiencies and incorporating new data sources and systems.
  • Completion of bachelor-level program (in an analysis-related field a plus) and 2-4+ years of experience in digital analytics either at an agency or on an in-house team.
  • Strong experience in using analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methods, as well as tools such as Optimizely Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills and the ability to understand complex information and communicate it in simple terms to various audiences
