To succeed in this role, you must be able to think and design in systems, whether you are developing them or following existing standards. You also need to have a fresh, modern book of work that showcases your ability to adapt style and mood as needed across multiple channels, especially digital. If you can illustrate, all the better. If you toy with motion graphics, that makes you even more valuable. Around three years of experience is preferred, along with a solid work ethic, a balanced ego and an open mind.
