Job Purpose:

The Digital Analytics Specialist role accurately measures and reports key performance indicators that drive actionable insights, enabling informed decision making and prioritization of technical changes and content strategies and tactics across Graco’s digital properties, supporting Graco’s digital marketing goals. Essential Duties:

  • Measure, report, analyze, and distribute monthly and adhoc dashboards to internal business partners and leadership teams. 
  • Provide pre/post analyses for website user experience enhancements on how they are performing, and provide recommendations to improve. 
  • Creatively report complex data in unique ways for consumption across many different roles and responsibilities. 
  • Analyze performance of promotional events and partner with digital marketing and creative teams to drive event/business goals. 
  • Analyze results of A/B testing campaigns and partner with digital marketing teams to provide recommendations for testing initiatives to drive key website goals. 
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data through Voice of Customer feedback, and provide recommendations on customer experience enhancements that will help drive website goals. 
  • Partner with cross functional digital teams including: Website Design & Development, Paid Search, Organic, CRM, Marketing Automation teams to assist in any reporting and analysis needs. 
  • Work with IT to develop reporting capabilities spanning multiple datasets providing value to divisional and regional stakeholders. 
  • Assist in gathering web analytics tagging requirements for digital experience enhancements that will allow for the proper data & insights to be captured and analyzed. 
  • Ability to make minor adjustments and/or modifications in Graco’s tag management platform.

Education/Experience:

  • 4+ years of quantitative experience with 2+ years of web analytics experience. Multi-channel experience and some qualitative VOC work preferred. 
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification required. 
  • Experience working with Google web analytics platform (with understanding of dimensions and metrics), customer experience measurements (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) and Salesforce customer relationship management tool. 
  • Experience with Tag Management (Google Tag Manager) a plus. 
  • Experience with Cognos, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools a plus. 
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel. 
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, pre/post user experience exhancements and ad hoc reporting. 
  • Knowledge of organic, paid, remarketing, social, email and other acquisition channels and how to influence the effectiveness of each is preferred. 
  • Experience working with multi-touch attribution models is preferred.
