As the Digital Designer you will play a key support role in ecommerce marketing and all areas of digital design, from email marketing and paid social advertising to website optimization and user experience. You will create innovative designs to help build upon Mueller Sports Medicine’s digital success. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously with fast-moving deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital asset design:

You will work under the direction of our Digital Marketing Director to create a wide variety of digital assets to align to our marketing strategy. Whether it be social media ads, display banners, info graphics or branded GIFs, as the Digital Designer you will create on-brand, on-trend assets.

Photography:

When appropriate, you will assist on all ecommerce and website related photo shoots by aiding with sourcing, logistics, and creative direction. You will prepare and manage retouching, resizing, and other production needs for digital projects.

Email marketing design:

You will create new, innovative and scalable email layouts, templates and aesthetics. You’ll conceptualize and design content deployed via our email channels. You will play an important role in overarching email strategy, tone, and aesthetic.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 2-4 years professional and digital design-related experience, preferably in retail or CPG.
  • Strong knowledge of website usability, web optimization, ecommerce, UX, email, responsive design, and direct response marketing design.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and how content appropriately conveys a brand digitally.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Demonstrated ability to take an initial concept and convert into a well defined finished product.
  • Experience with A/B testing concepts.
  • Up-to-date graphic/digital design industry knowledge and a passion for experimenting with new techniques and trends.
