Digital Marketing Coordinator

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a part-time, temporary Digital Marketing Coordinator to work with our marketing team in Minneapolis, MN. The digital marketing team champions CLA’s digital presence by focusing efforts in the areas of content marketing, email campaigns, SEO, social media, personalization, optimization, and marketing automation. The Digital Marketing Coordinator primarily works within our email and web content management systems to update our internal and external websites and format and distribute email campaigns.


  • Websites: Create, maintain, and modify internal and external website content (images, text, documents). 
  • Social media: Post social media content (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and monitor mentions, replies, and other activity. 
  • Email campaigns: Build and distribute email marketing campaigns. 
  • Client service: Customer service mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks and organize work day effectively to deliver on client needs. 
  • Technical competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to proof content (adhering to CLA brand and style standards).


  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • A minimum of one year of related work experience is required. 
  • Experience working with HTML, web CMS (Ektron, Sitecore, other), and mass email distribution platform (ExactTarget, ConstantContact, Marketo, or other). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proof content is required.
