The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience either in-house or at an agency. The Digital Marketing Specialist will begin at G&O by taking ownership of corporate digital channels to support our contract business and will quickly build into a key contributor to our expanding online retail business. This role blends growth, inbound, outbound, and community skillsets. We are a rapidly growing organization and the scope of your contributions are limited only by your skills, interests, and drive.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in marketing preferred
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker that utilizes real data to inform all decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Effective time management, strong organization skills, and attention to detail
- Strong personal interest in digital marketing, technology, and/or the future of retail
- Preference will be given to candidates with current certifications in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Hubspot, or other applicable certifications
- Bonus skills: Web design (front or back end), Adobe Creative Suite, UX, A/B Testing, E-Commerce Store Merchandising or Operations, Copywriting
