Exceptional opportunity with a Brookfield-based educational association.

We are looking for an individual that will participate in the development and production of e-learning courses and materials for adult education in the employee benefits field. Responsibilities include storyboarding, designing, launching and evaluating online courses, and continually exploring and adapting new technologies for web-based training. The role will have an emphasis on online course development; 70% of the work load will be hands-on building of courses and working with SMEs to turn written content into self-paced, interactive, web-based courses. Use your technical prowess and creativity on a daily basis to keep our e-learning products at the forefront of online employee benefits education.

We recognize that designers learn by doing so any applicant must have 3-5 years of experience in designing online courses. A command of computer software is required, including experience with learning management systems and course authoring platforms, preferably Lectora. An ideal candidate will also have a degree in instructional design, graphic design, web design, adult education or a related field. A working knowledge of employee benefits, compensation and human resources is also a plus.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management skills, and leadership, collaboration and team-building skills.
