Credit Union National Association is recruiting for an Email Marketing Specialist in partnership with QTI Executive & Professional Search.

Credit Union National Association (CUNA) is excited to announce an opening for an Email Marketing Specialist! This position is responsible for providing hands-on email production support to the CUNA marketing team using email automation platform, HTML, CSS and a range of creative tools. We are looking for an energetic, flexible, and highly proactive to join our team!

  • Day-to-day management of email campaigns including but not limited to formatting and editing emails, leading design and copy reviews, structuring A/B tests, scheduling and managing calendar and reporting on results of email campaigns
  • Prioritize, negotiate, and communicate work activities with internal stakeholders
  • Optimize email campaigns through continual testing of creative, cadence, offers, targeting, automation, etc.
  • Integrate data and metrics into CUNA’s email marketing decision-making
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of email marketing
  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting on all email marketing activities
  • Participate and recommend email ideas and solutions throughout the marketing strategic planning process

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience. They will possess three or more years of experience with HTML, CSS, and, various email marketing platforms ((i.e. Constant Contact, MailChimp, DocuMatrix, Real Magnet.) Prior experience in project management, pulling data and report generation are critical. Attention to detail, excellent presentation and communication skills are also necessary. Previous experience working for an agency or marketing department is also helpful. *Internal grade KN*
