We are looking for someone who can take creative concepts and convert them into a visual product. We would prefer a candidate who can work independently, but also collaborate well with our team. As a smaller agency, we’re looking for someone who does not mind working on a variety of different projects, can think “outside of the box,” and will be comfortable joining our close-knit, family environment. We really care about finding people who genuinely want to grow with our agency.
On the talent/technical skills side, we’re looking for someone with a solid eye for typography and simple, clean design using modern and vibrant colors; the ability to both handle smaller tasks as well as larger projects; and a demonstrated expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (at a minimum). The candidate must also have strong knowledge of and experience with UI/UX web design (front-end development will not be required).
Job responsibilities include:
- Designing and producing a range of communication materials, including: advertisements, direct mail, corporate identity pieces, web sites, web graphics/ads, sales collaterals, annual reports, infographics
- Managing own project workflow, while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals and assignments as needed
- Understanding client brands and applying graphic design expertise to create visually appealing products
- Working with various CMR Departments to execute graphic products
