The Designer is responsible for concepts and design of creative solutions from project kick-off to development, layout, execution and deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in strategic concept development and tactical executions for internal and external audiences, print and interactive communications. 
  • Produce accurate electronic files for a variety of marketing communications, including direct mail, employee engagement initiatives and campaigns, events, interactive and presentation communications. 
  • Ensure concepts and deliverables align with project expectations and consistently express the Prime brand identity and standards. 
  • Utilize established filing systems to organize projects for reporting, forecasting and archiving. 
  • Balance multiple projects, prioritize demands, requests and timelines. 
  • Seek cost-effective measures and processes, advocate for thorough and inspiring project briefs, anticipate critiques and alternative approaches, and provide effective rationale to all solutions. 
  • Assess project scope, scale and budget, and present multiple concepts; verbally express creative intentions and clearly communicate visual ideas to marketing partners, team members and creative leadership. 
  • Collaborate and consult with writers, senior designers and creative director as needed. 
  • Look for opportunities to advance your skill sets, tool boxes and technology, as well as your knowledge of the health care category and the consumer experience. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Graphic design-related degree or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience 
  • 5 years of graphic design experience 
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and AfterEffects.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of typography, layout, color theory; proportion and balance as well as photographic and imaging techniques. 
  • Willingness to stay current on new applications and technology 
  • Knowledge of pre-press and printing processes, motion graphics and photography. 
  • Writing and presentation skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word
