ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide onsite, marketing team support to design, conceptualize and deliver: 

  • Websites 
  • Packaging 
  • Catalogs 
  • Identity Systems 
  • Ads - Print, Digital 
  • Exhibitions and Displays 
  • In-Store Branding & Wayfinding 
Must also be able to:
 
  • Present your designs while communicating intent and rationale 
  • Receive critiques and incorporate recommended changes into the final design 
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing 
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, with the ability to consistently and effectively communicate throughout all stages of design 
  • Approach design problems with precision and passion 
  • Liaison effectively with other departments, team members and vendors

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in communication design, graphic design, or related field with 1-5 years of experience
  • Strong portfolio which demonstrates an understanding of design principals, typography, layout and color theory 
  • A willingness to learn and teach while possessing initiative with a determination to achieve and succeed 
  • Perform all tasks assigned by the management team in a creative manner while staying on brand and keeping a close eye on the project’s goals 
  • Proficiency in the latest Adobe software 
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Possess intellectual curiosity and a desire to try new things while demanding perfection

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Superb organizational skills 
  • Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
