Job Summary:

The Integrated Marketing Manager will provide a key role in driving our overall go-to-marketing strategy and end to end customer experience through successful management and integration of our marketing campaigns and activities. The candidate will manage our brand across all marketing channels by working closely with pertinent stakeholders across the organization. This role requires a strong tactical marketing background combined with strategic planning. Reports to: VP of Marketing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assists VP of Marketing in developing and planning the go-to-market strategy for a campaign, audience segment, or competitive attack plan.
  2. Assists VP of Marketing in developing the budget for all campaigns/strategic activities and manages its allocation.
  3. Leads the orchestration of all execution components from various cross-department personnel (eg, marketing, sales, R&D, engineering, operations, professional development, contracting, legal) and external partners.
  4. Manages the execution of campaign elements, including: print and digital advertising, trade shows, digital marketing, website, sales collateral, app, etc.
  5. Ensures consistency across all channels and campaign elements.
  6. Ensures all campaign elements are reviewed and approved by regulatory and legal.
  7. Oversees the planning and execution processes for trades shows and conferences.
  8. Defines success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) across all areas of the campaign and monitors them frequently. Reports metrics to VP of Marketing on a routine basis and assists in adjusting the campaign as needed.
  9. Monitors competitive market and regulatory activities closely and assists in the development and execution of competitive attack plans.
  10. Successfully manages multiple marketing campaigns and activities simultaneously.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field of study. 
  • 4+ years of general marketing experience and 2+ years of experience in campaign management. 
  • Must have proficiency in social media marketing, Microsoft Office, basic graphic design, and the ability to learn other software applications. 
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task effectively. Also has excellent problem solving and planning skills and the ability to meet goals and deadlines.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Limited travel may be required.
