Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, is responsible for all sales and marketing activities from lead generation through program enrollment in the areas where the PACE program is offered. This includes reaching membership and census goals, establishing and implementing community outreach/education and community relationship development plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as organization’s representative at community events, health fairs, professional conferences, etc. Assists with the development of marketing materials and presentations. Prepares and provides educational presentations to community and professional organizations and conducts individual and small-group tours of Community Care facilities.
  • Develops and maintains outreach activities database; reports regularly (monthly, quarterly and annually) as per activities; provides analysis of results and develops plans for continued growth.
  • Develops and maintains enterprise-wide community outreach/relations program infrastructure to include staff, capital equipment, and presentation tools and materials.
  • Builds relationships with key individuals and organizations in order to identify community needs/issues and facilitate the development of innovative partnerships and programs to fulfill these needs and/or resolve issues.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years program marketing experience for a health care or health insurance provider required. 
  • Marketing of closely related experience for an HMO or Managed Care Provider of programs for older adults preferred. 
  • Excellent time management and presentations skills required.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications required.
  • 5 years of related experience for an insurance or managed care organization may substitute for the bachelors degree.

License/Certification:

  • None

Travel:

  • Regular local travel, requiring use of personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance required.

$45,000 to $68,125
