We are currently looking for a Marketing Materials Fulfillment team member that will support Hallman/Lindsay’s initiatives to reach out to new customers, grow our business and become the most valued paint supplier in Wisconsin. Based in the Sun Prairie office, this position will be the internal resource for staff and stores of all standard marketing collateral across the company, including color chips and color tools. She/he will also be the point person for off-site events, including trade shows, home shows, presentations, and community events.

Duties:

  • Manage all Hallman/Lindsay internal and external working relationships in a manner that reflects our company values.
  • Act as primary internal point of contact for general requests for marketing materials. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to create standard materials for staff to access and receive orders of materials. 
  • Fulfill orders, track inventory, place orders to vendors for timely and accurate stock of color chips, cards, tools and other materials. 
  • Track and distribute marketing material collateral to support marketing campaigns and training of staff, including product manuals, sell sheets and product information. 
  • Deliver standardized content necessary for community relationships, such as logos, press information, and photos. 
  • Assemble, arrange shipment and/or set up booths at conferences, trade shows, and other meetings. 
  • Assist in distribution of materials for multi-store events such as Customer Appreciation and Parade of Homes. 
  • Provide overall support to dealer network for Hallman/Lindsay materials and selling aids. 
  • Support sales team with creation of submittals for commercial jobs as needed. 
  • General support of Marketing Director and fellow staff members. 

Qualifications:

  • Requires knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects. 
  • Extraordinary attention to detail. 
  • High level of flexibility. 
  • Superior communications, interpersonal and problem solving skills. 
  • Strong proofreading skills. 
  • Experience in project or traffic management a plus. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 30 lbs., bending, stretching 
  • Hours: 40 hrs/week
