benefitexpress is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager to work with our Marketing team in Schaumburg, IL. The Marketing Campaigns Manager will work witha cross-functional group of marketing peers, product and sales team members. The Marketing Campaigns Manager is charged with developing the structure and setup of campaigns to help build the company's demand generation program among key targets, create demand and accelerate growth, and ultimately accelerate the sales cycle for our portfolio of benefits administration and technology solutions.

What you will do:

Create, manage and measure multi-channel campaigns to drive lead acquisition and engagement including:

  • Industry-specific campaigns focused on industry-specific pain points and messaging,
  • Nurturing campaigns for the different stages of the buyer's journey and
  • Ad hoc campaigns (cross-sell, upsell, etc.)

Lead competitive intelligence program, maintaining internal and external assets with feature and positioning comparisons

Become a "power" user of systems and software that are used to drive marketing programs such as:

  • Intranet content management systems
  • Website management platform
  • Compliance tracking systems
  • Collateral and event databases

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics or related fields 
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a results-driven marketing role in either a corporate or agency environment, ideally with knowledge and experience in Benefits, HR, Health and / or Retirement Administration Services 
  • Experience using HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua and/or other marketing automation tools required; experience using Salesforce.com required 
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel 
  • B2B marketing experience required; SaaS marketing experience a plus and advertising/marketing agency experience preferred
