Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, implements marketing tactics and programs to attract contractors, producers, dealers and engineers in the construction industry to attend our domestic trade shows. Specifically, works with marketing show leads on identifying industry partner associations, groups and print/online publications with the right audiences and then coordinates print ad insertion schedules for up to 100 publications, works with dozens of partner associations and groups on tradeout agreement fulfillment, works with e-commerce vendor on order fulfillment and site setup, and handles other related duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing or business, minimum of two years marketing and project management experience, strong working knowledge of MS Office, proven ability to develop plans, work independently and as part of a team, and take ownership of work to achieve results. Additionally requires strong communication, multi-tasking and attention to detail. Experience with print and digital media buys, B2B events and/or B2B event promotion and digital marketing and/or e-commerce experience a plus. Involves infrequent travel.
