CRL’s 70 board-certified radiologists represent all imaging subspecialties, including: Breast, Body, Chiropractic, Diagnostic, Interventional, Neuroradiology, Neurointerventional Radiology, Musculoskeletal, Nuclear Medicine, and Pediatric. We provide a complete range of radiology services to the healthcare community, including outpatient imaging services in four convenient Twin Cities locations.

CRL provides on-site radiology services for 27 partner hospitals and clinics, including Abbott Northwestern in Minneapolis. We also provide teleradiology-based interpretation services for over 60 healthcare organizations throughout the Upper Midwest.

Primary Objective:

A self-starting and creative individual assisting the Director of Business Development with both external and internal marketing initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, designing and/or coordinating the production of print marketing materials, online marketing initiatives, and event coordination/planning; developing and coordinating campaigns for advertising, education and awareness raising. Initiating, and maintaining media relations, customer relations, sponsorships, and charitable activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and coordinate the production of print marketing materials for a wide range of purposes. This includes print/display advertising, flyers, educational materials, reports, forms, business cards, stationary, etc. 
  • Manage CRL brands (CRL Imaging, CRL Women’s Imaging, LifeScan, and Twin Cities Medical Imaging and Consulting Radiologists, Ltd.). 
  • Design, coordinate, and update website and social media in a timely manner. Analyze web traffic and SEO reports from web marketing company, identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Support brand development and promotion. Work with internal audiences to develop and design CRL brands including new logos, color schemes, promotional materials, etc. Coordinate selection and distribution of tangible marketing/promotional materials. 
  • Design and coordinate ad campaigns and media initiatives, including graphics, text, timeline and vendor relations. 
  • Negotiate cost-effective pricing with vendors for all of the above. 
  • Allocate invoices to appropriate cost centers and assist Director of Business Development in negotiating contracts with print companies, ad agencies, and freelancers (i.e. Request for proposals and creative briefs with graphic artist, photographers, etc.). 
  • Support and assist with coordination of charitable events, tradeshows, photoshoots, and other activities as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in English, Marketing, or Mass Communications preferred. 
  • Self Starter with independent work habits and creative solutions 
  • 1+ years of prior experience in marketing and/or communications, healthcare experience helpful. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills. 
  • Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, database management and web publishing. 
  • Requires the ability to learn new technology quickly. 
  • Knowledge and proficiency with graphic design programs including: Adobe Creative Cloud software (i.e. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, among others). 
  • Knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, & CSS Knowledge of AP writing style.
